ARTWORK GUIDELINES AND REQUIREMENTS

Art Resolution

The resolution of the art will determine the quality of the print. Once the art is ready, check the resolution. The higher the resolution the better the print.
We only accept raster art (jpg, psd, tif, bmp, and gif) if the file is at least 300 DPI. The preferred print file will be a vector file. Artwork that needs to be touched or reworked will be charged at the rate of $85.00/hr, billable in 15 minute increments. We will contact you before making any changes to the art.

Accepted file formats

Vector format: Adobe Illustrator files; .ai, .eps, or editable pdf.
InDesign Format: Accepted only for banners, roll up banners, and products with multiple pages. InDesign files should be packaged and include all working files, links, and fonts related to the document.

Raster Files (For PRINT ready files only): Adobe Photoshop .psd, .tiff, High resolution .jpg or PRINT ready PDF.
If you do not know where to get these types of files, (or understand what we are asking) please ask your marketing team, internet manager, Billboard or Newspaper rep for the files. You can then email them to [email protected].

When submitting art with special fonts, or any font, make sure that all fonts in your document are vectorized, converted to curves (outlines), or embedded so the font does not get replaced by a default font or lost. Be aware that if the font is replaced we are not responsible for the font printed.

Color Matching

PMS color matching is available on certain products, but we do not guarantee a 100% match to the Pantone book. Slight variations will occur depending on the material used. We will make every effort to match the PMS color requested. Files in RGB color space will have a color variance and be converted to the closest CMYK.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE EXACT PMS MATCHING!
PMS and Color spot printing changes according to materials used. For example, the same print file on mesh fabric will have a color variation when printed on Poplin. If available we will offer a color proof of PMS match or Spot Color match as requested. A color proof will affect the delivery time of product(s).

CUSTOM ORDERS / APPROVALS

Any non-franchised dealer custom orders must be paid in full before order can be placed. Franchised dealer orders must have a purchase order (if credit is established) or be paid in full.

We are not responsible for errors in layouts, color, or typographical errors in proofs approved incorrectly.

Please review all proofs carefully for accuracy before approval. Once art is approved and sent to production no changes are accepted.
 Any proof that has any art changes made to it is considered a brand new file and has to be approved once again before production.

PRICING, AVAILABILITY, & SETUP FEES

ALL ITEMS are subject to Gold Touch Inc. We always try to represent actual items being bought and sold for the prices listed.
 Unfortunately due to logistics and market conditions that is not always possible. Gold Touch Inc. may need to substitute equivalent items or adjust pricing based on current market conditions. Set up fees may occasionally vary from the price listed in certain situations.

Gold Touch is not responsible for any typographical or pricing errors. If there is a pricing discrepancy, we will honor any pricing error to a reasonable conclusion. Our most current pricing can be found in our online catalog and/or on our website.

CREDIT TERMS / LATE FEES / CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

Any order must be paid for in full either upon ordering or at time of delivery, unless credit has been established. If credit is established and payment is late, an administrative fee of 5% will be assessed monthly and deliveries may be halted until a zero balance is obtained.

SHIPPING

Most stock items shown in catalog will be considered “free shipping” and be delivered on our next delivery to your area.

SALES TAX

Unless we are provided a current tax exemption certificate, Gold Touch, Inc. will charge and collect state and city sales taxes, as per state and city laws
