Castle® Hug™ tire bead sealer is a fast, easy, and dependable aerosol designed to eliminate troublesome bead leaks on radial tires. Hug™ creates an airtight seal where the bead and rim meet and is particularly effective in preventing bead leaks on tires that have been stored for a period of time. It is excellent for mounting new tires or remounting old tires and will not harden or cause difficult removal.

Dispensed through a pressurized can for a clean, smooth, continuous bead of any size. Makes a permanent flexible seal for a multitude of uses. Special formulations are designed for specific applications. Designed for high temperature gasket applications. It will perform at temperatures ranging from -85° F to over 600° F. Exposure to these higher limits, however, should be for intermittent periods only. Used for high temperature cam and timing chain covers, cross over manifolds, and exhaust manifolds. It can also be used for all regular gaskets and sealing applications. E-Z Bead™ will affect oxygen sensors.

Do not use for head gaskets, intake/exhaust manifold, or carburetor base. E-Z Bead™ will affect oxygen sensors.

E-Z Bead™ Import Gray High Torque Fast Cure Silicone is a medium density RTV Sealant and Gasket maker. Offers high viscosity, quick cure and rapid turnarounds demanded by import dealers and repair facilities. Also dries tack free in about 8 minutes and has a cure rate between 2-6 hours (depending on thickness and atmospheric conditions). Has a high torque rating makes it ideal for use on 4 and 6 cylinder engines with close bolt spacing on rocker covers, oil and transmission pans. It’s hot oil resistant and is unaffected by most fluids found in imported cars and trucks. This product is effective in temperature range of -40°F to 600°F (intermittent to 650°F).
